Shipping Customers:
We are fulfilling orders and shipping nearly all orders within 24 hours...most even sooner! Please note, you may experience a delay in shipments due to carrier issues. Because of carrier issues, we highly recommend selecting FedEx and NOT USPS or FLAT RATE shipping if you need your package within 10 days.
Local Customers:
Our walk-in store hours are Monday-Friday 10 am to 6 pm and Saturday 10 am to 4 pm. If you would like to have your items ready to go when you arrive, simply follow the directions below:
- Place your order online before 12:00 pm Monday through Friday for same-day pickup. (Same-day pickup not available on Saturdays).
- Select “In-Store Pickup” on the shipping information page. Please allow us ample time after placing the order for our team to have plenty of time to pick and triple check the order (typically 4 hours after placing the order).
- We will text or call you when your order is ready.
- Once you’ve received a text or call, come in and check in at the front desk to pick up your order.

HOW DO WE SHIP?
If you select $6.95 Flat Rate Shipping (over $60), we select the shipping provider (usually UPS, FedEx, USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail).
Please allow up to 10 days for orders to arrive when selecting Flat Rate Shipping. Need your order sooner? You will have several options with various shipping costs during the checkout process.
Flat Rate shipping is only available within the United States and does not include Alaska and Hawaii. Please note, we do our best to find the most economical shipping for Alaska and Hawaii and often are able to refund some of the shipping cost.
WHEN DO WE SHIP?
Most orders that are placed before 8:00 am EST Monday-Friday will ship the same day. Occasionally, the order may ship within the next day or two, especially if large quantities of the same
item are ordered. If you need your order by a certain date, please note the date needed by in the comment section during checkout. *Note- Please be sure and give us a day time phone number where we can contact you should there be any issues that may delay your order.
DO WE OFFER RUSH DELIVERY?
We offer FedEx Express and UPS Express Delivery. Note that orders must be received by 8:00 am EST to be shipped out that day. The UPS and FedEx expedited shipping
options are for Monday-Friday delivery for Residential and Commericial addresses. So if you picked Next Day delivery for an ordered placed on Thursday afternoon,
it should ship on Friday and delivery will be on Monday the following week and not on Saturday.

DO WE OFFER INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY?
Currently we only ship to the United States, Alaska, Hawaii, APO addresses, Canada, Guam, US Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.
