Professional Tips

For best results, always use approved super-strength flavorings from the guide below sparingly (¼ – ½ tsp per pound of candy melts or chocolate).

Keep Paramount Crystals on Hand

Ensure your candy melts melt smooth & creamy with paramount crystals! Paramount Crystals act as a thinning agent, allowing for easier coating, dipping, and drizzling. They are odorless and tasteless making them a better choice than coconut oil, shortening, and wax.

Using Paramount Crystals: Start with adding 1 to 2 tablespoons of paramount crystals per pound of candy melts (Merckens) until desired consistency is reached. Up to 1/4 of a cup may be used. Melt your paramount crystals before adding them to your melted chocolate wafers. We love the control and fluid chocolate this method creates.
