Melt candy coatings and place in towel-lined electric skillet. Form cake pop mixture into mountain shapes. Use thumb or large ball tool to indent the top. Dip end of paper straw into melted candy coating and insert into bottom of shape. Place in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to firm. Dip pop into cocoa lite candy coating allow to harden. Fill parchment bag with red candy coating and pipe lava on the top of the volcano. Mix the orange and yellow sugar crystals together and sprinkle on top of the wet candy coating to resemble hot coals.
