Instructions
Lay out your cookies on a sheet of parchment paper.
Use a scoop to measure out 1/2 TBSP cherry candy center.
Using your hands, roll the candy center into a ball.
Press the ball of candy center on top of the cookie & flatten against the cookie.
Repeat this step until all cookies have a layer of cherry candy center on top.
Pour light green candy melts in a tipless bag.
Melt the chocolate wafers in the microwave using 20 second intervals, kneading the bag in between to ensure the chocolate melts evenly and doesn’t scorch. Continue melting until the chocolate is fluid.Once melted, snip off the end of the bag.
Pipe a layer of the melted light green candy melts into the bottom of your preferred mold.
Tap the mold on the counter to help remove any air bubbles.
Press the cookies into the chocolate.
Cover them entirely with more of the melted green chocolate.
Tap the mold on the counter again to help settle the chocolate.
Freeze the mold for 20-30 minutes.
Once the chocolate has set completely, carefully remove each chocolate covered cookie from the mold.
Set each molded cookieoreo onto a sheet of parchment paper.
Pour dark green candy melts in a tipless bag.
Drizzle each cookie with this melted green chocolate & spray on edible glitter.
While the chocolate is still tacky, add a jumbo heart sprinkle.
