Candy Clay Recipe

Mix candy clay. Roll candy clay thin or run the candy clay through a pasta machine. Cut thin candy clay sheets into 2" x 3" rectangles. Place in the refrigerator for approximately 5 minutes to chill for ease of working. Remove from refrigerator and fold the wide end to create a fan-like ruffle. Note: The thinner the pasta machine setting, the nicer the finished ruffle; however, the thinner ruffles are more difficult to fold.
