Guide to Using Chocolate Transfers in Molds

Ingredients

  • candy coating or real chocolate
  • chocolate transfer sheet
  • candy mold

Instructions

Cut the transfer sheet to fit the candy mold. Place transfer sheet in mold, textured side up. Pour melted candy coating or melted and tempered chocolate over the top of the design, into the mold. Place in freezer or refrigerator to set up. Remove from the mold and peel off sheet. Design will remain on the chocolate.
