Ingredients
- 14 ounces buttercream icing
- 14 ounces peanut butter
- 3-4 Tablespoons half and half, or as needed
- 20 Chocolate cupcakes
- 1/2 cup peanut butter mini baking chips
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet mini baking chips
Instructions
Bake and cool chocolate cupcakes using your favorite recipe or baked from a cake mix. Place the buttercream icing and peanut butter in a mixer bowl. Using low speed on a mixer, blend the buttercream and peanut butter together until creamy, adding half and half as needed to keep the buttercream the desired consistency.
Fit a pastry bag with tip #1M. Fill with the peanut butter icing. In a small bowl, combine the mini peanut baking chips and the semi-sweet baking chips. Stir until mixed.
Pipe the peanut butter buttercream on the chocolate cupcake and immediately sprinkle with the mini baking chips.
