Ingredients
- 1 cup almond paste
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 1/4 cup dark chocolate
- 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
Line a 7" x 7" pan with parchment paper. In a small bowl, mash almond paste into small pieces. Add 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk and powdered sugar. Beat well. Chill in the refrigerator a few minutes until mixture is stiff. Press marzipan layer into lined pan. Set aside. Melt chocolate. Stir in 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk. Pour over marzipan layer. Chill thoroughly. Invert on cutting board. Remove parchment. Cut into squares and keep in an airtight container until served.
