Ingredients

  • 1 pound Lite Pink Candy Coating
  • 1 TBS Paramount Crystals
  • 1 tsp Cran-Raspberry Super Strength Oil
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Raspberry Candy Crunch
  • 1/2 cup Tiny Crisp Rice
  • Strawberry Diamond Dust

Instructions

Place the pink chocolate candy wafers and 1 tablespoon of paramount crystals into a microwave-safe bowl.
Melt the chocolate using 20 second intervals, stirring in between to ensure the chocolate melts evenly and doesn’t scorch. Continue melting until the chocolate is fluid.
Immediately add the flavoring, dried cranberries, raspberry candy crunch bits and tiny crisp rice. Stir until all ingredients are incorporated.
Pour the mixture into a squeeze bottle with a large hole cut at the tip.
Immediatly fill the candy mold with the warm chocolate. Tap the mold against the counter to smooth the back and remove any air bubbles.
Place the filled mold in the freezer for approximately 7 minutes until the mold is cloudy and the chocolate is set.
Remove the candy from the freezer and flex the mold to release the candy. If the candy stays in the mold, put in the freezer for a few more minutes.
