Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, butter, and vanilla extract.
Stir in the powdered sugar, then knead in the crisp rice by hand.
Scoop and roll the dough into balls & place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
While chilling, melt the milk chocolate wafers and stir in the melted paramount crystals.
Insert a toothpick into each ball, dip it into the chocolate, shake off excess, and place on parchment paper to set.
Once set, remove the toothpick and smooth the hole with a spatula.
