Instructions
1. Make fondant according to package directions.
Knead invertase into fondant.
2. Form fondant around a maraschino cherry. Let
set until fondant crusts.
3. Melt candy coating or melt & temper chocolate.
4. Drop fondant-covered cherry into chocolate.
Lift out with candy dipper.
5. Let excess chocolate drip back into pan.
6. Drop cherry onto parchment paper or silicone
pad.
