1. Prepare the 1/2# dry fondant according to the directions on the package & mix in the peanut butter.

2. The peanut butter mixture will be very thick. It is easiest to mix the filling together with gloved hands.

3. Prepare a baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper & arrange the pretzels in pairs.

4. Use a scoop to portion out the peanut butter filling & evenly spread the mixture on top of the pretzels, making sure to reach the edges.

5. Add a thin layer of Peter's caramel on top of the peanut butter filling.

6. Melt the chocolate wafers & thin out with paramount crystals if needed.
7. Dip the layered pretzels into the melted milk chocolate, making sure to shake off any excess, with the help of a dipping tool and place onto parchment paper.

8. If desired, use the dipping tool to add a bit of texture on top of the candy bar.
