Cut mold into 3 pieces, This will make it easier to fill each heart. Clean mold with clear grain alcohol. This will help remove fuzzies and enhance the shine on coating.
Melt white candy coating in 30 second intervals until melted. Stir well. If too thick, add some paramojnt crystals and stir till fluid. Add a few drops of black candy color. Stir a few times to marble.
Pour a small amount of coating into the mold, tilt the mold to cover. Add more to edges if needed. Pour out excess coating. Clean edges and refrigerate for 10 minutes
Repeat the process to add a second coat for a stronger shell. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Cake pop filling: crumble cooled and slightly dry cake into small pieces. Knead in frosting until the mixture can be pressed together.
Once the secondary layer of candy coating is set, gently press the cake pop mixture into the mold. Leave enough space for more coating.
Melt leftover candy coating and fill remaining space in mold. Use angled spatula to clean edges and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
To remove, gently peel back the top edge of the mold. Flip over and pull mold away from candy coating.
