• chocolate syrup or melted chocolate
• whipped cream or whipped topping
• whole strawberries for garnish

Using a 1 5/8" round cutter, cut brownie rounds. Make cream cheese mixture by softening one 8-ounce block of cream cheese and mixing it with 1 cup of powdered sugar. Add ¼ cup of whipped cream or topping and whip until nice and fluffy. Fill pastry bag, fitted with large round tip, with mixture. Place a brownie round in the bottom of push-up pop tube. Pipe cream cheese mixture on top of brownie. Layer three sliced strawberries on top of mixture and drizzle with chocolate. Repeat layers as necessary to fill the tube; pushing brownie down gently, to squeeze layers together. Top the final layer with whipped cream or topping then drizzle chocolate over that. Garnish with whole strawberry.
