Cut the silicone mold on corners to create segments, but avoid cutting the top indent to maintain the mold's structure.
Use clear grain alcohol to clean the mold and remove any fuzzies, ensuring a smooth finish and providing a shiny appearance to the candy coating.
Melt candy coating in a microwave-safe bowl. Adjust the thickness by adding paramount crystals if needed.
Drizzle the melted coating into the mold using a spatula, ensuring even coverage.
Melt pink (or desired color) candy coating and pour into the mold, rotating to coat the sides.
Use an angled spatula to coat the top, pour out excess chocolate, and clean the top edge.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.
Pour another layer of coating into the mold, rotating for even coverage.
Use an angled spatula to drag coating to the top edge, cleaning edges.
Refrigerate for 10 minutes
Carefully peel back heart segments and gently release the molded candy coating.
Use a sharp paring knife to trim excess coating.
Fill a tipless bag with melted candy coating, cut a small tip, and fill desired letters in the mold.
Tap the mold on the counter to settle the coating, then freeze for 5-10 minutes.
Turn the mold over, tap gently to release the candy coating, and attach the lettered pieces to the heart using melted candy coating.
