Here's a step-by-step breakdown of the instructions for decorating the Halloween buttercream sugar cookies:
Wrapped Candy Piece:
Pipe a mound of white buttercream and dip it in sprinkles.
To pipe the wrapper ends:
Pipe a pulled dot for the outer layer of the wrapper.
Pipe an overlapping inner layer.
Pipe a line separating the wrapper from the candy center.
Pipe a spiral on the candy center.
Cat Eyes (and Jack-O-Lantern):
