Instructions
Place the white chocolate candy melts into a microwave-safe bowl.
Melt the chocolate using 20 second intervals, stirring in between to ensure the chocolate melts evenly and doesn’t scorch. Continue melting until the chocolate is fluid.
Once the chocolate is fully melted, add in desired amount of Lumo Green Powder.
Stir until fully incorporated.
Adding coloring and flavoring to candy melts can often cause thickening. If your chocolate has thickened add melted paramount crystals to thin.
Transfer this mixture into a large / skinny cup that is microwave safe.
Dip each pretzel rod into the green candy melts, using a spoon to help cover the very end if needed.
Shake off any excess chocolate & scrape the pretzel on the side of cup. Place the chocolate dipped pretzel on parchment paper to fully dry.
If chocolate is pooling around your pretzel rod, there is too much chocolate left on the pretzel.
If the chocolate is beginning to thicken or set up in the cup you are dipping in, heat in 5-10 second intervals in the microwave. Stir in between intervals & be careful to not scorch the chocolate.
Once all of the pretzel rods have been dipped & the chocolate is fully set, melt down a small amount of white chocolate wafers using the same method used previously.
Once the chocolate is fully melted, add in desired amount of Lumo Orange Powder.
Transfer the melted orange chocolate to a tipless bag.
Snip off a small opening & drizzle each pretzel rod.
While the orange chocolate is still tacky, add on various sizes of icing eyes.
