Neon Green Base: Pipe a flat swirl of neon green buttercream onto the cupcake using tip #805. Start from the center and work your way outwards in a circular motion to create a smooth base.
Red Santa Hat: Pipe a red swirl of buttercream on top of the green buttercream using tip #805. Start from the center and build upwards to form the hat shape.
White Sixlet: Place a white sixlet candy at the top of the red swirl to represent the pom-pom on the Santa hat. Gently press it into the buttercream to secure it in place.
Zigzag Brim: Use white buttercream and tip #5 to pipe a zigzag pattern around the base of the red Santa hat. Start from one side and pipe short, diagonal lines to create the brim effect.
