Instructions
For the turkey, you will need 1/4 pound of butterscotch candy coating and 3/4 pound of milk chocolate candy coating.
For the pumpkin, you will need 1/4 pound of orange candy coating and 5 drops of pumpkin flavoring. The white disc will need 3/4 pound of white candy coating and 15 drops of cheesecake flavoring.
For the maple leaf candy, you will need 1/4 pound of milk chocolate candy coating, 1/4 pound of white candy coating and 15 drops of maple flavoring. The dark disc will need 3/4 pound of dark chocolate candy coating.
Melt first layer coatings; then melt second layer coatings. Add flavorings to colors described above.
Pour melted coatings into separate squeeze bottles. Squeeze the first coating listed for
each mold design into the mold, filling only the Fall or Thanksgiving shape. Allow to
"just" set. Squeeze the second coating listed for each mold design over the first layer.
Place mold in freezer. When the mold is cloudy and the candy feels cold, invert the mold
and the candy will drop from the mold.
