Crumble the vanilla cake into fine crumbs and mix in vanilla frosting. Add enough frosting so the mixture holds its shape and isn’t crumbly. Be careful to not add too much frosting as the dough will be hard to work with.

Roll out the dough on parchment paper or a silicone mat using a rolling pin with 1/2" guides.

Use a cutter/plunger set to cut out shapes and place them on a parchment-lined cookie sheet.

Melt the white chocolate wafers in the microwave. Add 1-2 tablespoons of melted paramount crystals if the chocolate seems too thick for dipping.
Dip each cake bite into the melted chocolate with the help of a dipping tool & set on parchment paper.

Immediately sprinkle with green sugar.

Once the chocolate sets, trim off any excess chocolate from the bottom with clean scissors.
Snip off the end of the tipless bag with the melted red chocolate & pipe 4 wavy lines across each tree.
