Ingredients
- Round Pretzels
- Peanut Butter Truffle Candy Center
- Peter's Caramel
- Milk Chocolate Candy Coating
- Chocolate Transfer Sheet
Instructions
Cut pieces of caramel (approximately 1”). Flatten into a round circle to fit onto the waffle pretzels. Scoop a small amount of peanut butter truffle center. Roll into a ball, then flatten the peanut butter ball on top of the caramel and pretzel.
Melt the milk chocolate using 20 second intervals, stirring in between to ensure the chocolate melts evenly and doesn’t scorch. Continue melting until the chocolate is fluid. Dip each pretzel/caramel/peanut butter layer treat into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s evenly coated. Use a dipping fork to lift the coated candy out of the chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off. Place the treat on a parchment paper. Immediately place transfer sheet, textured side down, on top of the warm chocolate. Allow 15-20 minutes to set.
When completely set, remove the transfer sheet.
