Apply White Buttercream: Use a 3 tablespoon cookie scoop to place a dollop of white buttercream onto the cupcake, ensuring it covers the entire surface.
Coat with Sugar Crystals: Flip the cupcake upside down and gently press the buttercream into a bed of white sugar crystals, creating a snowy effect.
Create Cross: Using green buttercream and tip #44, pipe an offset cross on top of the buttercream-covered cupcake. Start from one corner and pipe a straight line, then cross it with another line in the opposite direction.
Add Bow: With tip #6, pipe a bow shape onto the cupcake using green buttercream. Start with two loops on each side and a shorter strip in the middle to complete the bow design.
