Instructions
Place the white chocolate candy melts into a microwave-safe bowl. Melt the chocolate using 20 second intervals, stirring in between to ensure the chocolate melts evenly and doesn’t scorch. Continue melting until the chocolate is fluid.
Add a few drops of Purple Colour Mill Oil-Based Food Coloring to the melted chocolate & stir. Once the color is completely incorporated, pour 1/3 of the colored chocolate into a tipless bag.
Add a few more drops of the purple oil-based coloring into the melted color to make a slightly darker shade. Once the color is completely incorporated, pour half of this chocolate into a tipless bag.
Add more coloring to the remaining chocolate to create the darkest shade of purple chocolate. Once the color is dark enough, pour the melted chocolate into a tipless bag.
Snip a small opening at the end of each tipless bag. If you find the chocolate is cooling in the tipless bags, microwave in 10 second intervals, kneading in between each, to re-warm the chocolate.
Starting with the lightest shade of chocolate, fill in the top 1/3 heart cavities of the silicone mold.
Fill in the middle section of hearts using the medium shade of purple chocolate.
Fill in the remaining section of hearts using the darkest shade of purple chocolate.
Set the filled mold to the side so the chocolate can slowly set up at room temperature.
In the meantime, color white fondant using the same oil-based color used previously.
Roll the fondant out into a thin sheet & use our letter embossers to create a message for your Valentine. These letters easily snap together so you can create any message you would like!
Use a pastry wheel to trim off the excess fondant so you are left with each word in its own strip.
Set the fondant words to the side.
At this point, the chocolate hearts should be set up.

Cut an opening in the tipless bag & fill the remainder of the mold with melted white chocolate.
Tap to settle the chocolate.
Carefully add the fondant words created previously.
Add gold coarse sugar & purple heart sprinkles to fill in any blank spaces.
Add edible glitter if desired.
Freeze the mold for 15-20 minutes so the chocolate can set up completely.
Once set up completely, carefully peel the mold away from the chocolate bar.
