Form your dough into pops & set in our
resting tray to ensure the pop stays round.
Then, melt the white chocolate in 30-second bursts until the chocolate is melted. Make sure your melted chocolate is thin. You can add melted paramount crystals as needed to reach the desired consistency.
Then, dip your sucker stick in the chocolate and insert it into your cake pop. Set aside for 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
Now you’re ready to assemble the cake pops.
Dip the entire cake pop in the melted chocolate. Make sure your chocolate isn’t too hot. It’s best to dip at a temperature no hotter than 90°.
Immediately slide the cake pop into the paper cup until it just touches the cake pop.
Using a small spoon, sprinkle red sanding sugar on 1/3 of the cake pop.
Turn the cake pop over and sprinkle the other 1/3 with the blue sanding sugar, leaving a strip down the middle for the white sanding sugar.
Tilt the cake pop forward and sprinkle the center with white sanding sugar.
Take the paper straw and stick it into the red side of the sanding sugar. Push the straw into the cake pop. Then place the cake pop into the cake pop stand to set.
Display your cake pops and enjoy.
