Instructions

Ghost Cookie:
Outline the cookie in white flood royal icing.
Let it crust for 5 minutes.
Flood the entire surface of the cookie with white icing and smooth it with a scribe tool.
Allow it to dry.
Pipe two eyes and a smile using black flood royal icing.
Add reflective accents to the eyes with white royal icing.
Brush on some cheeks using petal dust.
Bat Plaque Cookie:
Outline the cookie in green flood royal icing.
Allow it to crust for 5 minutes.
Flood the entire surface of the cookie with green icing and smooth it with a scribe tool.
Let it dry.
Apply a stencil onto the cookie after the icing has dried.
Secure the stencil in place using a frame holder.
Position the airbrush gun directly above the stencil at a 90-degree angle.
Work with light, even strokes to apply the desired color.
Lift the stencil straight up from the cookie to avoid smudging the paint.
Outline the plaque with orange medium consistency icing.
Pipe yellow dots for the bat's eyes.
Pipe Purple dots on the plaque.
Spider Web Cookie:
Outline and flood the cookie.
Immediately pipe a spiral of black flood icing starting in the center of the cookie.
Use a scribe tool to pull the icing from the center to the outer points of the cookie for the web effect.
Allow the icing to set before adding a royal icing spider to the web.
Witches Hat Cookie:
Use flood black royal icing to outline the top section and the brim of the hat, leaving space in between the two sections.
Flood the outlined sections and smooth with a scribe tool.
Ensure these sections are dry before outlining and flooding the midsection in purple royal icing.
While the icing is still wet, pipe orange dots.
Pipe a green buckle when dried.
Jack-o-Lantern Cookie:
Outline and flood the stem in green royal icing.
Outline three sections of the pumpkin with orange royal icing and flood every other section.
Smooth the icing with a scribe tool.
Let icing crust over
Flood the mid section and smooth with scribe tool.
Let the orange base dry completely.
Outline and flood the eyes and mouth with black royal icing.
Shape the icing with a scribe tool.
Black Cat Cookie:
Outline the ears, head, body, and tail with black flood royal icing.
Flood these areas except for the head.
For the tail, use the scribe tool to pull the icing out to make it look scared.
Immediately sprinkle black sanding sugar on the icing.
Flood the cat's head and sprinkle it with black sanding sugar.
Add royal icing eyes and a black pearl for the nose.
Pipe a pink tongue.
