Ingredients

  • White Rolled Fondant
  • Black Rolled Fondant
  • Teal Soft Gel Paste™ Food Color
  • Orange Soft Gel Paste™ Food Color
  • Upper Case Alphabet and Numbers Cutter Set
  • Art Deco Alphabet Lower Case Cutter Set
  • Nature Cutter Set by Autumn Carpenter
  • Cookie Cutter Set
  • Diamond Plunger Cutter Set
  • Piping Gel
  • Knife and Ribbon Insert Decorating Tool

Instructions

Prepare and Stack Cakes:
Bake two 2-layered cakes in different sizes and let them cool completely.
Stack and fill cakes with your choice of frosting or ganache.
Cover with Fondant:
Roll out fondant in two complimentary colors to cover each tier.
Carefully drape the rolled fondant over the cakes and smooth out any wrinkles or air bubbles.
Make Cutouts:
