Rooster pop - Roll cake mixture in to a ball and prepare for dipping by inserting coating-covered stick in to bottom of ball. Let set. Dip pop into the melted white coating and tap off any excess coating. Place pop in holder and immediately attach the pointed side of 3 red jumbo heart sprinkles in a line on the top of the pop. Then attach 2 miniature orange heart sprinkles, pointed side out, to make the beak. Separate them slightly so that the beak looks open. Let pop dry completely. Once dry, use a black edible marker or a small parchment bag with chocolate coating to draw the eyes.
Pig - Roll cake mixture in to a ball and prepare for dipping by inserting coating-covered stick in to bottom of ball. Let set. Dip ball into pink candy coating and allow excess to drip off. Place in holder and attach pink sunflower seed to sides of head and pink M&M to front of head for nose. Allow to dry completely. Use a parchment bag filled with dark coating to draw eyes and mouth. Use edible pink marker to make the pigs snout.
Chick - Roll cake mixture in to a ball and prepare for dipping by inserting coating covered stick in to bottom of ball. Let set. Dip ball into yellow candy coating and allow excess to drip off. Place in holder and allow to dry. Using a small dab of yellow coating, attach beak, wings, and feet to the pop. Use a parchment bag filled with dark coating to draw the eyes.
Cow - Roll cake mixture in to a ball and prepare for dipping by inserting coating covered stick in to bottom of ball. Let set. Dip ball into white candy coating and allow excess to drip off. Place in holder and attach chips for ears and M&M for nose before the coating completely dries. Using a parchment bag filled with dark coating, make a circle and fill it in. Lay a candy eye in the middle of the circle. Attach the other candy eye with a tiny dab of coating and make a mouth and nostril marks on the nose.
Sheep -Roll cake mixture in to a ball and prepare for dipping by inserting coating covered stick in to bottom of ball. Let set. Dip ball into white candy coating and allow excess to drip off. Quickly sprinkle white pearls over the entire ball. Allow to dry in holder. Attach a Junior Mint to the front of the ball with white coating. Use a toothpick to dab the eyes, attach a confetti heart for the nose, and attach candy-coated mini chips to the top of the mint for ears. Cut ¼" pieces of black string licorice for the legs and attach with white coating.
