Instructions

Prepare the Cupcake Base: Bake and cool your favorite cupcake recipe.
Create the Sandy Beach: Spread a layer of buttercream frosting over one half of the cupcake. Dip this frosted half into gold sanding sugar to create a sandy beach effect.
Add the Choppy Water: Frost the other half of the cupcake with blue buttercream. Use an offset spatula to create a choppy, textured water effect.
Decorate the Teddy Bear: Use edible food markers to draw facial features and a swimsuit onto a teddy graham cracker.
Assemble the Beach Scene: Place the decorated teddy graham on a gummy ring to simulate floating in the water. Position this on the blue buttercream side of the cupcake.
Add the Cocktail Umbrella: Stick a cocktail umbrella into the buttercream on the sandy beach side for a festive touch.
Finish and Serve: Your Beach Bear Cupcake is now ready to bring a splash of summer fun to your dessert table!
