Ingredients

  • popsicle stick
  • cardboard
  • baked 8" x 12" x 3" cake
  • knife
  • cake drum or board
  • orange rolled fondant
  • white rolled fondant
  • brown rolled fondant
  • pink rolled fondant
  • 1" round cutter
  • wooden skewers

Instructions

Enlarge popsicle stick up to 400% on a copy machine. Use this as a template to cut a popsicle stick out of cardboard. Cover cardboard piece with piping gel and cover in brown/white marbled fondant. Set aside.
Use the knife to shape cake to look like an ice cream bar; rounding off the top. Use the 1" round cutter to cut out bite marks. Cover bit marks in white fondant then cover the remaining cake in pink fondant. Insert wooden skewers in the center of the bottom of the cake. Slide popsicle stick over skewers to secure. Place cake on white/orange marbled fondant covered cake drum or board.
