Bake cupcakes in pink and purple polka dot baking cups following recipe or mix instructions. Allow to cool completely. Fill pastry bag fitted with #233 tip and pipe on top of cupcake. Squeeze and pull up releasing pressure to create tufts of grass. Cover entire cupcake with grass. While buttercream is still wet place lady bug and insert flower pick.
