Rainbow Cookie:
Divide the rainbow arc into three arches and flood each section with the respective colored icing, smoothing it with the scribe tool for consistency. Let the icing crust over.
Pipe hearts, dots, and squiggles in each color segment.
Spray the rainbow with jewel dust for a magical finish.
Pipe white dollops in stiff royal icing for the clouds, ensuring they stand out against the vibrant rainbow colors
Flower Pot Cookie:
Outline and flood the flower portion in white icing, using the scribe tool to shape and smooth the surface. Pipe a yellow center with precision.
Outline and flood the flower pot in orange icing, shaping it with the scribe tool. Allow the icing to crust over.
Use white icing to outline the flower and pipe a whimsical lines around the yellow center, then sprinkle center lines with rose gold nonpareils for added detail. Outline the flower pot again in orange icing, adding a line to divide the brim from the pot. Pipe a green line for the flower stem.
Sunshine Cookie:
Outline the edge of the cookie in white icing and the center in yellow icing.
Flood the center with golden yellow icing, using the scribe tool to smooth the surface and release any air bubbles. Flood the entire outside surface with white icing, smoothing it with the scribe tool. Allow it to crust over.
Pipe orange lines around the cookie for sun rays, maintaining a small white ring around the sun for contrast and definition.
Gnome Cookie:
Outline and flood the hat with yellow royal icing. Use a scribe tool ensuring smooth and even coverage. Sprinkle with rose gold nonpareils for added texture and color.
Outline and flood the beard with white royal icing, using the scribe tool to shape and refine the edges. Allow the icing to crust over.
Pipe the nose and two little hands with ivory royal icing.
Outline and flood the hat brim in orange icing, then use the scribe tool to smooth. Allow it to crust over.
Pipe the pom-pom in orange icing and cover with rose gold nonpareils, then pipe whimsical beard lines with white icing ensuring they flow naturally. Attach the sugar daffodil layon with a small dab of icing.
Watering Can Cookie:
Outline and flood the entire surface of the cookie in green icing, using the scribe tool to shape and smooth the icing evenly. Allow it to crust over.
Dilute some white gel food color with some grain alcohol and splatter the watering can using a craft brush, then outline the watering can's details with precision. Pipe a white heart detail in the center, adding a final touch of whimsy.
Cloud Cookie:
Outline and flood the entire surface of the cookie with white royal icing, using the scribe tool to smooth out any imperfections. Allow it to crust over.
Pipe an outline around the cloud and create whimsical spirals and shapes within the cloud, adding depth and texture.
