What You Will Need
Cake mix or your favorite cupcake recipe
Zebra and leopard cupcake liners
Green buttercream icing
Leaf tip
Flower sprinkles
Jungle animal cupcake toppers*

Directions
Prepare a your cupcake batter and fill your animal print cupcake liners 2/3 full. Follow cooking times for your recipe.
While your cupcakes are baking and cooling prepare your green buttercream icing. We love adding green gel food coloring to
this easy buttercream icing recipe. Feel free to substitute any or all of the shortening for butter. Shortening helps stabilize your icing in hot days.
Ice cooled cupcakes with green buttercream using small offset spatula.
Fill pastry bag fitted with #350 tip and pipe leaves on top of iced cupcake. Squeeze and pull up as releasing to create leaves standing up.
While buttercream is still wet sprinkle with flowers and place your jungle themed cupcake topper of choice on top.
