Cut caramel into rectangular pieces (1 3/4" x 1 1/4"). Melt candy coatings. Dip caramel into black coating; allowing excess coating to drip off. Lay piece on parchment sheet and immediately push pretzel stick into the side of the wet coating. Once black coating is completely set, fill parchment bag with white coating and draw skull and crossbones on top of candy piece.
