Ingredients

  • Square cookies (baked and cooled)
  • Rolled fondant (your choice of color)
  • Edible image pattern (floral design)
  • Piping gel
  • Colored fondant
  • Silicone mold for roses
  • Square cookie cutter

Instructions

Prepare Cookies:
Bake your favorite square cookies and let them cool completely.
Roll Out Fondant:
Roll out the fondant to an even thickness. Use a square cookie cutter to cut out squares of fondant that will fit on your sqare cookies.
Cut Edible Images:
Using the same square cookie cutter, cut out squares from your edible image pattern.
Attach Edible Images to Fondant:
Lightly brush some piping gel on the fondant squares. Carefully place the edible image squares on top of the fondant, smoothing out any air bubbles.
Attach Fondant to Cookies:
Brush a bit more piping gel on the back of the fondant squares and attach them to the cooled cookies, pressing gently to adhere.
Create Fondant Roses:
