Melt candy coatings. Spoon the melted coating into the candy mold, filling almost to the top. Tap mold on counter to remove air bubbles. Insert sucker stick. Place mold in freezer until the candy feels cold and the mold is cloudy. The candy should fall out. If it does not, leave in the freezer a little longer. Fill small parchment bag with black coating and fill-in eye and nose. Roll red fondant very thin and use larger oval cutter to make the head scarf. Attach to top of skull head with piping gel and pinch the side of the scarf. Cut out a small heart, cut it in half and pinch the rounded side. Attach to the pinched side of the scarf for ties. Use tip #6 to cut small dots and attach to scarf with piping gel.
