One day ahead, color, roll, and cut gumpaste pieces and allow to dry. (Note: one-piece bodysuit cutter can be used and cut-off straight at the bottom.) Cut numbers and stripes for shirts and attach with piping gel. Cut circles and allow to dry. Using piping gel, attach soccer balls to circles. Bake cupcakes and allow to cool. Pipe buttercream icing using tip #1M. Insert balls and shirts in top of cupcakes.
