  • Blossom Plunger Cutter Set
  • White Techno Glitter, shown in picture yet not edible
  • White Diamond Edible Glitter
  • Piping Gel

Instructions

Prepare Cookies:
Start by making your favorite sugar cookie recipe. Roll out the dough and cut out cookies using a 3 ¼" scalloped cookie cutter. Bake and let the cookies cool completely.
Prepare Fondant Base:
Roll out gray colored fondant using pastry rulers for even thickness. Use the same scalloped cookie cutter to cut out fondant shapes. Attach the gray fondant to the cooled scalloped cookies using a small amount of piping gel.
Create Wedding Cutie Shapes:
Roll out white fondant and use wedding cutie cutters to cut shapes of diamond rings and tiered wedding cakes.
Decorate Diamond Rings:
Decorate the diamond rings with silver edible glitter and piping gel. Attach the diamond rings to the cookies with some piping gel. Use black royal medium stiff icing to pipe the outline of the ring and the faceted diamond.
Decorate Tiered Cakes:
Attach the tiered cake shapes to the cookies using piping gel. Use black royal icing to pipe decorations on the tiered cakes. Add fondant blossom flower accents for an elegant touch. We used the blossom plunger cutters to create our own flowers.
Final Touches:
Finish by outlining the gray scalloped fondant on the cookies with white royal icing for a polished look.
