Decorate Tuxedo Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Ingredients

  • strawberries
  • milk chocolate candy coating
  • white chocolate
  • dark brown candy writer
  • parchment paper

Instructions

Wash Strawberries. Allow strawberries to dry completely. Melt candy coating. Hold onto the end of the strawberry and dip straight down in the white chocolate. Set on parchment paper to set up. Melt one pound milk chocolate coating (for the tuxedo jacket). Dip the strawberry already dipped in white chocolate coating in the milk chocolate coating, holding it sideways (To represent one side of jacket). Place on waxed paper to set. When set, dip the other side of the strawberry, holding it sideways. Set on parchmemt paper to set. Melt candy in candy writer. Squirt dots for buttons, and add lapels. Serve immediately,
keep in refrigerator no more than 2 hours, or keep them in a very cool room for several hours.
