SPS Single Square Plate System for Stacked Cakes
Elevate your cakes to new heights with these plates that are designed to use a variety of pillar designs for extra stability when stacking cakes. All of the pillars below (scroll to see designs) will fit into the plate leg cavities for a variety of options when stacking or adding height to your tiered cakes. The pillars can go through the cake for one plate per tier assembly with no dowels needed, or use a taller pillar for space in-between the tiers.
Note: Plates and pillars are sold separately. Plates only work with the pillars shown below.
Cake Plates Key Features:
- Tiny Spike: Each plate has a tiny, center spike. The spike is designed to pierce and center the cardboard that the cake will be sitting on. It is important to pierce the cardboard prior to placing the cake on the cardboard (and then placing on the plastic plate).
- Stable support: Made from high-quality plastic that can safely hold the weight of layered cakes. The “feet” on the plate hold the support columns in place, preventing the columns from sliding.
