The Satin Ice Shimmer Fondant is premixed with ultrafine edible glitter to give your fondant work a touch of elegance without the extra time and materials. Beautiful on its own or mix with a variety of colors for shimmer in any shade. Contains 100% edible, FDA approved pearlescent color.

Colors will appear darker on the outside when first removed from the package. It is also normal for it to have a slight sheen from the oils present in the fondant. Once the fondant is kneaded, the color will lighten to the true shade. Shimmer fondants are slightly softer, more elastic, and have a slower drying time than the traditional colors. For a stiffer product, Tylose or CMC can be kneaded into the fondant.

Ready-to-use gold rolled fondant. Rolled fondant is a sweet icing that is rolled out with a rolling pin, draped over the cake, and smoothed with the hands. Fondant gives a silky, smooth, porcelain-like finish on which to decorate. It is also ideal for molding pieces in push molds, candy molds, silicone lace molds, bead makers, etc. The fondant forms a crust, but still can be cut. Freezing not recommended before putting on the cake.
