This handy tool creates a beautiful pie crust edge every time. Easier and more consistent than pinching around the edges. This tool works on single or double pie crusts. The guide rests on the outer edge of the pie dish as you move around. The guide is removable so that this tool can be used to decorate fondant or other doughs. All pieces come apart for cleaning.
