This rolling pin is great for making textured cookies, shortbread, and fondant. The laser-etched design maked embossing dough easy. Made of European beechwood with electroplated iron ball bearings. For best results, chill dough for 30 minutes after it's rolled out to desired thickness with a traditional pin.
