Weighted Nonstick Rolling Pin

The nonstick surface on this rolling pin makes it easy to roll out even the stickiest of doughs. To make rolling easier, the barrel is weighted (2 pounds) to apply more pressure without needing to press as hard. The barrel is 2 1/2 inches in diameter so fingers and knuckles will stay safely off the counter when rolling out dough, whether it's pastry dough, cookie dough, or bread dough. The handles are comfortable to hold and the pin is easy to use, even when there's a lot of rolling to do. The barrel is 10 inches long, so it can handle large rounds of pie dough or lots of cookie dough.
