Black paper floral tape with silver sparkles on a plastic central ring. Floral tape is used to wrap the stems of fresh flowers or wires of sugar flowers. It can also be used to trim the edges of cake boards and drums. When twisting and binding wires and stems, it is best to stretch the tape at the same time.
