Strawberry S'mores Recipe

Feel free to use this as a base recipe to invent your own delicious s'more creations. We carry many flavors, colors, candy centers, crunches, and marshmallows, so the sky is the limit for the flavors you can create.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound White Candy Melts
  • Graham Crackers
  • 1/2 teaspoon LorAnn Strawberry Flavor
  • Pink Colour Mill (or other oil-based color)
  • 1-2 tablespoons Paramount Crystals, Melted
  • Strawberry Flavored Marshmallows
  • Marshmallow Candy Center
  • Strawberry Shortcake Yum Crumbs
  • Edible Strawberry Toppers

Instructions

Prepare the ingredients you will be using so they'll be ready to go once the chocolate is melted.
Place the white chocolate candy melts into a microwave-safe bowl.
Melt the chocolate using 20 second intervals, stirring in between to ensure the chocolate melts evenly and doesn’t scorch. Continue melting until the chocolate is fluid.
Stir in strawberry flavoring and pink oil-based color until combined.

Adding coloring and flavoring to candy melts can often cause thickening. If your chocolate has thickened add melted paramount crystals to thin.

You can place your bowl onto a heating pad or in a towel lined electric skillet on warm to keep the chocolate melted.
With a spoon add a layer of melted chocolate into your s'more chocolate mold.

Tap mold onto table to evenly distribute the chocolate.

Add a graham cracker and press into the chocolate. Make sure not to press it too far.

If using marshmallows: place them onto the graham cracker and cover with melted chocolate.

If using marshamallow candy center: pipe center onto the graham cracker and place a second graham on top. Cover with melted chocolate.

Tap the mold onto the table to remove any air bubbles. Add more chocolate if necessary.

Place the mold in the freezer to set for 10-15 minutes.
When the mold is cloudy, and the candy feels cool, flex the mold to release the candy.

Repeat until desired amount of s'mores are made. Make sure to save some chocolate for adding a decorative drizzle.
Decorate your completed S'more with a chocolate drizzle, strawberry shortcake Yum Crumbs, and strawberry icing decorations.
